This is an annual fee that is charged on the anniversary of your initial payment each year but we do contact you for renewal authorization before any recurring charges are billed.

There is also a $2.00 / per order drops ship fee on all orders under $100.00 This fee is used to cover the cost of packing materials and warehouse labor.

Yes. This is referred to as "blind drop shipping". This means that when your customer's order arrives at their address, all shipping labels and included paperwork bares your company's info so your customer does not even see that we are involved in the order at all.

Yes, simply fill out the online dealer application complete with your federal tax id and state tax collection reseller certificate number and you will get a reply email that includes a current inventory sheet in tsv (tab seperated values) format that can be viewed in any spreadsheet program or text editor program. This file shows our current inventory and associated dealer prices so you can view them before the next step which is to submit your annual membership fee in order to have your account activated.

After your account has been made active then you are given FTP access to our server where you can download our "always current" inventory sheet and images for most of our products in both thumbnail and full size formats. We do not provide product descriptions in order to avoid duplicate content on the web.
